Prices are per week and include mentioned provisions. During high season only for rent per 2 weeks or longer.
During low and mid season it is sometimes possible to book a longer or shorter stay.
For longer stays during wintertime a discount is negotiable.

For guests of La Ruine the studio is also available per day (€ 75,- for 2 persons).

The swimingpool is closed from November till mid April.
The studio can only be rented in combination with maison La Ruine during high season.
All prices are excluding water, electricity, cleaning and tourist tax.
Extra costs per dog € 15,- per week.
Water & electricity € 100,- per week for La Ruine and € 25,- for the studio.
Heating swimming pool € 50,- per week.
Tourist tax € 1,15 p.p.p.n., children under 14 free of charges.
Extra costs central heating in winter per week € 50,- for La Ruine and € 25,- for the studio.
Cleaning (obligatory)
Maison end cleaning € 175,-.
Weekly cleaning La Ruine € 45,-.

Guarantee
Maison: € 500,-.
Studio € 250,-.

Payment
50% within 1 week to confirm booking.
50% + guarantee 6 weeks before arrival.
