Luxury Villa Grimaud Luxury and spacious villa/chambres d’hotes situated between Grimaud and La Garde Freinet, accommodation for up to 8 guests, panoramic views, near St. Tropez. This unique villa is situated on 2 ha (6 acres) of private woodland, bordering on vineyeards, with a 360-degree panoramic view of the mountains, and the St. Tropez area. Very spacious, with large infinity pool (5 x 14 meter with alarm), top quality furniture and fittings designed to be lived in as a private house, not cheaply furnished for rentals. The villa is totally private, up a long unmarked drive, not overlooked by any other property. The villa is within 2,5 miles of the village of Grimaud, 3,5 miles to La Garde Freinet and 14 minutes from the town of St. Tropez. The Master double bedroom is on the ground floor. Featuring a beamed traditional roof, full-length fitted cupboards,airco and solid oak floors, it is a successful blend of tradition and modern styling. The large en-suite bathroom includes a rainfall open shower, and a full size claw-foot bath, and it is tiled in Travertin marble. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double bedroom with private bathroom , one twin and one double bedroom, all with panoramic views, sharing a large bathroom, with full size bath and separate shower. Taking a bath here has to be one of the most spectacular views anywhere. The living room comprises a seating area around an open fireplace, with hi-fi, and a dining area with table that normally seats 8 guests, but extends to accommodate a maximum of 12. The Kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, large gas stove and electric oven, microwave, and large refrigerator. There is also a fridge/freezer in the utility room, together with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The terraces are designed to make the most of the views, the sun, and the shade. The East terrace overlooks the pool, and the hills towards the sea. There is ample seating for all, both at the table and the built-in seating. The West terrace is more low-key, with a sofa and chairs for reading, or that quiet moment with a drink in hand. Weekly rates 2012
