The kitchen opens into a covered terrace with large dining table overlooking the pool and garden. On this floor is also the master bedroom and bathroom (with shower / toilet) and another large terrace with stunning views.
On the other side of the house is on the first floor apartment with a separate living room and balcony, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
The basement has 2 bedrooms, bathroom (with shower and toilet) and terrace. A separate space contains the washer and dryer.

Prices per week / Rental Periods / Deposit
Rental Period: 14 July to 1 September.
- Price: € 3750 per week.
- Minimum rental period: 1 week.
- Arrival / departure: Saturday.
- Prices include water and electricity, wifi.

Excluding
- Luxury bed linen (including towels and pool towels)
€ 25 per person per week.
- Final cleaning: € 250,-.
- In between cleaning a minimum of 2 hours once a week ad € 15 payable to the "femme de ménage", more hours on request.
- Deposit € 1500.

Booking
50% payment within 7 days to confirm the booking, the remaining amount must be paid 6 weeks before arrival plus € 1500, deposit. The deposit will be refunded to you 7 days after departure under any deductions for damages, cleaning costs and bedlinen.
