Charming terrace with diningtable and chairs in lovely small private garden. Decoration is superb as the landlady is a wellknown interior designer. On the first floor you find the masterbedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom and toilet and a study with television and internet access. Second floor one double room with bathroom (douche & toilet). Prices are excluding bedlinen and towels and including water and electricity. Rental price for bedlinen and towels (no beach towels) € 30,- per person. No pets, sorry. Children who can swim are most welcome. Swimming pool (5 x 11,5 meter) is shared with the owner (open for you from 09.00 to 19.00 hrs) Arrival between 16.00 – 18.00 hrs, departure 10.00 hrs. Cleaning lady comes once a week (€ 55,-). Endcleaning: € 115,-. Extra costs central heating in winter: € 55,-. Coast/Beach 15 minutes drive to nearest coast and beaches at Port Grimaud and Golfe de St Tropez. 25 minutes to Beaches at Pampellone. Golf (18 holes) Beauvalon, Grimaud and Ste. Maxime golf courses. Travel Nice airport 1 hour 15 minutes drive. Marseille airport 1 hour 50 minutes drive.Toulon/Hyeres airport 40 minutes. Use of car or car hire is essential, no public transport to Hamlet. Distances 6 km to nearest Village (Grimaud) with restaurants, grocery store, ATM, arts and crafts. Cogolin Village 2,5 km with all amenities and supermarkets. Booking notes Arrival time only after 15.00 hrs, Departure by 10.00 hrs for cleaning purposes. A 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking, the full balance being due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
