Cogolin Village 3 km with all amenities, supermarkets etc. Booking notes arrival time only after 15.00 hrs, departure by 10.00 hrs for cleaning purposes. A 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking, the full balance being due 6 weeks prior to departure. A € 500,- damage deposit will be asked for and refunded within 7 days of departure. Cleaning: end cleaning € 150,-, in between cleaning 4 hours ad € 15,- (to pay directly to the cleaning lady). Extra cleaning hours possible on request. Prices included water & electricity, linen and towels No pets. Children who can swim are most welcome.
