General Conditions
Renting period
Minimum stay 14 days.
Your renting period is starting on Saturday at 16.00 pm till Saturday 10.00 am.
During low and mid season it is sometimes possible to book some days longer (i.e 10 or 25 days).

Water, Electricity & Tourist Tax
These costs are NOT included in the renting price and are calculated on basis of consumption (individual meters) and length of stay.
Tourist tax is € 1.15 per adult (over 13 years).
Those costs will be deducted from the guarantee. |
Linen
The use of all linen is included in the renting price.

Pets
Most of them are very welcome, but only after consultation before final booking. |
Saltwater swimming pool (10 by 4 m)
Is regulary cleaned by the owner (morning 8-9) and in use from mid April to November.
During cleaning swimming is not possible.
Heating will be turned on if necessary.

Barbeques
These can only be used after consultation with the owner and depends of the weather conditions.
Available is also an electric barbeque.

Responsiblity
During your stay you are legally responsible for house (incl. furniture), swimming pool and garden.
We recommend a third party responsibility insurance.

Cleaning
Maison La Ruine and studio are perfectly clean on arrival.
Every week during your stay our “femme de menage” will come and clean.
Costs for cleaning which are NOT included in the rent for the house.
Costs to be paid to the owners on the spot.
End cleaning € 125,- plus weekly cleaning € 30,-. |

Reservations/Payments
After your reservation you will receive our written reservation and invoice.
You are requested to sign the reservation and sent it back to us which means that you agree to the rent and general conditions.
Instructions when and how much to pay you can find on the invoice. |
Communications
As most celphones do not work in Valdegilly there is a fixed phone in Maison La Ruine.
You can be called (0033 - 494 432 379) but to make an outside call you need a “Telesejour” Card,
costs € 15 at the France Telecom shops/owners.
Internet access (WiFi)

Number of guests
There is a maximum of 6 sleeping guests + 1 baby (<2 years old, cot available) in Maison La Ruine and 2 guests for the studio.
If these maximums are exceeded the rent can be terminated immediately without compensation.

Cancellation
Till 8 weeks before arrival cancellation costs are 50% of the total rent excluding guarantee.
If you cancel within 8 weeks you have to pay the full rent (excluding guarantee).
We therefore advise a cancellation policy.

Guarantee
For Maison La Ruine € 500 andfor the studio € 250.
These amounts cover eventual damages, breakages, additional cleaning, etc.
If there is no damage, the guarantee will be returned to you after deduction of costs of water, electricity and tourist tax. |
